Ron Dollens led Guidant Corporation, a Fortune 500 company to its
acquisition in 2006 by Boston Scientific and Abbott in a $27 billion
transaction. His strong policy involvement has led Dollens to be a
renowned leader in the advanced medical device industry. As President
and CEO of Guidant since the company formed in 1994 from a split off
Eli Lilly and Company, Dollens continues to engage in the medical
device community and policy involvement.
